| 摘 要： | 用酶联雌二醇(E_2-HRP)亲和组化法测定了37例人正常月经周期中子宫内膜上皮细胞的雌激素受体(ER)变化。结果表明在正常月经周期中,ER 阳性腺体率有明显改变,可见两个上升相,分别在增殖中期和分泌中期;增生晚期和分泌早期阳性腺体明显减少;分泌晚期与分泌中期比较,阳性腺体率有所下降。在周期中,腔上皮细胞均呈阳性显色,分别在增殖中期和分泌中期显色较强。

| Abstract: | The estrogen receptor(ER)of the endometrial epithelium in 37 child-bearing age women
in normal menstrual cycle,examined by E2-HRP histochemical technique showed that the
concentration of ER changed markedly during the normal menstrual cycle.There were two
peaks of positive glands in menstrual cycle,one in mid-proliferative phase and the other in
mid-secretory one.The lowest proportion of positive glands was in late proliferative and
early secretory phases.In comparison with that in mid-secretory phase,the proportion of
positive glands showed a decline tendency in late secretory phase. |
