摘    要:目的研究5-氨基酮戊酸光动力学疗法(ALA-PDT)在体内外抗单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)的作用。方法以HSV-Ⅰ感染豚鼠皮肤的动物模型以及HSV-Ⅰ和HSV-Ⅱ感染的Vero细胞为实验系统,观察ALA-PDT抗单纯疱疹病毒的疗效。结果ALA-PDT在体外具有抑制HSV-Ⅰ和HSV-Ⅱ的作用,与阳性药物无环鸟苷作用基本一致。体内实验中,外用ALA对HSV-Ⅰ型豚鼠皮肤感染仅进行一次PDT治疗,对皮肤病变就产生了剂量依赖性的治疗效果,中、高剂量组疗效显著。结论ALA-PDT能够有效地灭活单纯疱疹病毒,治疗该病毒引发的皮肤病变。为该疗法用于病毒性疾病的治疗提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate in vitro and in vovo anti-human herpes simplex virus effects of photodynamic therapy(PDT) using 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA). Methods Guinea pigs model of cutaneous herpes virus infection was applied, and Vero cells infected by HSV-I and HSV-II were used as experimental systems to observe the antiherpes effect of ALA-PDT.Results The in vitro experiments showed that ALA-PDT has antiherpes effect on HSV-I and HSV-II, its effect was similar to that of acyclovir. The results of animal experiments showed that ALA-PDT had significant therapeutic effect on guinea pigs model of cutaneous herpes virus infection, the effect was dose-related.Conclution ALA-PDT could be effective in treating HSV infections, which may provide a new approach to the treatment of viral infections.
