摘    要:目的比较镍铬合金、金合金衔铁在人工唾液中的耐腐蚀情况,用于指导临床应用。方法采用电化学方法于模拟口腔环境中,以成品衔铁组为对照组,对镍铬合金组、金合金组磁性固位体的点蚀电位和再钝化电位进行测定。结果镍铬合金组耐点腐蚀性强,但产生点腐蚀后修复能力较对照组差。金合金组耐点腐蚀性较对照组差,但产生点腐蚀后的修复能力较对照组强。结论镍铬合金和金合金作为磁性固位体的衔铁各有优缺点,可根据患者的不同需要而选择。

Abstract:Objective To compare the corrosion resistance of Ni -Cr alloy, gold alloy in artificial saliva, and guide the clinical application. Methods Electrochemical methods were used in artificial oral environment. Armature products group was as control group, Ni - Cr alloy group was as group 1, gold alloy group was as group 2. The magnetic retainer pitting potential and re - passivation potential were measured. Results The results suggested that corrosion resistance point in group 1 was stronger, but repair capacity of corrosion was weaker than that in the control group, corrosion resistance point in group 2 was weaker, but repair capacity of corrosion was stronger than that in the control group. Conclusion Ni - Cr alloy and gold alloy as the magnetic armature retainer have advantages and disadvantages in the oral environment, can meet different requirements of corrosion resistance.
