骨髓间充质干细胞对心肌梗死治疗的研究进展

摘    要:骨髓间充质干细胞拥有心肌再生的能力,移植后能够产生心肌样细胞,促进血管生成,分泌多种生长因子与细胞因子。本文总结了心肌修复的分子机制,探讨了心肌梗死后心肌潜在的再生能力,回顾了以往研究中干细胞移植对心肌梗死后心肌修复的治疗效果,为制定临床策略提供了新的思路。

Abstract:Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)have the ability to regenerate myocadial tissue. BMSCs transplantation can produce cardiac-like cells,promote angiogenesis,and secrete a variety of growth factors and cytokines. This article summarizes the molecular mechanisms of myocardial repair,explores the potential regenerative capacity of cardiac muscles after myocardial infarction,and reviews the previous studies on BMSC transplantation for treatment of cardiac muscle after myocardial infarction,with an attempt to provide new insights in clinical decision-making.
