北京市顺义区汽车行业职业病危害调查

目的分析北京市顺义区汽车行业存在的职业病危害因素，探讨其预防与控制对策。方法按国家职业卫生规范与标准，调查分析汽车行业存在的职业病危害因素状况和防控措施实施情况。结果粉尘检测合格率为95．2％，噪声测点超标率为37．3％，化学毒物共19种，有2种超标，以甲苯和锰为主。结论根据各汽车企业的实际状况，实行企业管理措施、职业健康教育与健康促进等综合干预措施，才是消除和减少职业病危害因素的主要策略。

Investigation on Occupational Hazards among Automotive Industry in Shunyi District of Beijing City

[Objective]To analyze the occupational hazards which existed in automotive industry in Shunyi District of Beijing City, and explore the preventive and control measures.[Methods]The existed occupational hazards and the implementation of control measures were analyzed, according to national occupational health norms and standards.[Results]The qualified rate of dust was 95.2%,and the over standard rate of noise was 37.3%, a total of 19 kinds of toxic chemicals existed, 2 kinds exceeded the standard, that were toluene and manganese.[Conclusion]According to actual status of automobile enterprises, the implementation of enterprise management measures, occupational health education and health promotion are the major measures for eliminating and reducing occupational hazards.
