| 摘 要： | 为农村基层培养“下得去、留得住、用得上”的医药卫生人才，是21世纪我国医学教育工作的战略方向。该文对此战略提出的背景予以初步探讨，并就医学生如何“下得去、留得住、用得上”提出了几点浅薄的看法。
