| 摘 要： | 目的：研究同种异体原位心脏移植术的护理配合方法。方法：配合完成心脏移植术5例。结果：5例心脏移植手术均成活，最多生存时间3年9个月，手术成功率100％。结论：要确保心脏移植手术的成功，除了常规方法外，充分的术前准备，密切的术中配合是移植手术成功的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce the cooperative nursing approach in orthotopic heart transplantation.Methods:Cooperatively performing 5 cases of cardiac transplantation.Results:5 cases all survived with the maximun surviving time of 3 years and 9 months.The success rate of the operation was 100%.Conclusion:In addition to the routine methods,full pre-surgery preparation and in traoperative careful cooperation are essential in ensuring successful cardiac transplantation. |
