摘    要:本文报道了在丹徒县长江洲滩开展深翻毁芦、林农间作、多种经营、灭螺防病的综合开发方法和效果.3年观察结果,林、农间作区,活螺框出现率及活螺平均密度,由实验前的92.0%和15.80只/0.11m~2,降至1.5%和0.02只/0.11m~2;土层内钉螺死亡率为77.3%,明显高于对照区的9.9%.汛期间作区有螺株出现率3次分别为17.0%、6.0%和0,明显低于芦滩对照区的98.0%、55.0%和20.0%.附近村庄连续2年未发生血吸虫病急性感染和新感染病人.通过江滩综合开发,初步建成了一个农、林、副、渔基地.

Abstract:A comprehencive study on the effect of deep ploughing for destroying reed,intercropping of forestry-agriculture promoting diversified economy,and exploitating integrated natural resources for snail control and prevention of schistosomiasis in the bank of Changjiang River was reported. In a longitudinal observation for 3 years,it showed that the rate of living snails in forestry-agriculture intercropping areas decreased from 92% to 15% and the mean density of living snails in these areas dropped from 15.80/0.11m2 to 0. 02/0.11m2 respectively,while the mortality rate of snails in soil was 77.3% which was significantly higher than that of the control area(99%). The rate of snail-discovering in experimentally treated areas during flood season was 17. 0%,6. 0% and 0,while in untreated reod bank,it was 98%,55% and 20%. In a period for 2 years,there was no acute schistosomiasis or newly discovered cases in villages around the experimental area. Through the intergrated exploitation of the river bank area the base for development of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,sideline production and fishery could be established.
