| 摘 要： | 目的 观察锁孔手术微血管减压治疗面肌痉挛的疗效和安全性。方法 采取微血管减压手术治疗面肌痉挛患51例．并对手术入路和神经血管减压方法进行改良，部分病例在内窥镜辅助下手术。结果 本组手术有效率为92．2％，除1例听力明显下降外。无一例发生脑脊液漏、颅内感染等严重并发症。结论 锁孔手术微血管减压是治疗面肌痉挛安全有效的方法，手术方式的改良及内窥镜的辅助有利于提高手术的疗效，安全性和防止并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of microvascular decompression for hemifacial spasm by key hole approach. Methods 51 patients with hemifacial spasm were treated with microvascular decompression. The approach and microvascular decompression in the operation were improved. Endoscope was used in 9 patients. Results For all the patients, the early cure rate was 92.2 %, with only one developing remarkable hypacusis. None of them had CSF leakage , intracranial infection or other serious complications. Conclusion Microvascular decompression is safe and effective in the treatment of hemifacial spasm. The improvement of the operation approach and the use of endoscope are beneficial for increasing cure rate and preventing complications. |
