| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性结肠假性梗阻有效的临床诊治方法。方法 对12例急性结肠假性梗阻患者分别采用保守治疗、药物治疗、结肠镜减压及手术治疗。结果 6例经保守治疗治愈；3例经结肠镜结合中西医药物治疗治愈；3例行手术治疗，其中2例因误诊为器质性结肠梗阻而手术。结论 多数急性结肠假性梗阻可通过非手术方法治愈，通过临床仔细分析可与器质性结肠梗阻相鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective diagnosis and treatment of acute colonic pseudo-obstruction.Methods 12 cases of acute colonic pseudo-obstruction were treated with conservative methods,medicine,colonoscope,and surgery.Results 6 cases were cured conservatively and 3 cases were cured with combination of colonoscope and Chinese and Western medicine.3 cases experienced operation,2 of whom were misdiagnosed as organic colon obstruction.Conclusion Most of acute colonic pseudo-obstruction can be cured through non-operation methods,which can be effectively differentiated from organic colon obstruction. |
