摘    要:目的:本文研究应用GC/MS/MS法(气相色谱/质谱检测法)测定水中微量毒鼠强。方法:用苯萃取,过无水硫酸钠柱脱水、活性炭脱色净化。GC/MS/MS法测定。结果:本方法的精密度变异系数(CV)为3.9%~5.4%,平均回收率为92.0%~94.8%,最低检测限为1.0ng/L。结论:本法操作方便、灵敏度高、准确性好,不但能快速准确检定水中微量毒鼠强的要求,而且能满足中毒患者血液、尿液、胃液样品中的痕量毒鼠强。

Abstract:Objective:To study the method and condition for detection of tetrame thylendisulfotetramin in water by GC/MS/MS.Methods:All samples were purified by benzene,anhydrous sodium sulfate,active carbon,and then analyzed by GC/MS/MS.Results:The detection limit was 1.0 pg/kg,coefficient of variation was 3.9%~5.4%,the rate of recovery was 9.2%~94.8%.Conclusion:The method was sensitive,selective,repeatable and accurate. [
