| 摘 要： | 目的了解基层计生技术人员心理应激情况，以利于采取有效干预措施，提高心理应激的能力和心理健康水平。方法采用自拟计生技术服务工作应激源调查表，对调查对象进行测评。结果计生技术服务工作应激源有多种，而上级检查与评估是最大应激源。技术人员的焦虑水平达到了焦虑症程度。结论应采取有效的干预措施，以缓解应激反应，减轻技术人员焦虑与抑郁症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mental response of the family-pla nning technici an at the basic level and take on effective measures to improve the ability of m ental response and mental health. Methods Questionnaire of fami ly-planning tech nical service work was designed by ourselves. Then use SAS and SDS to make a sur vey. Results The higher authorities' inspection is the biggest response causes of the family-planning workers. Conclusion Measures should be taken to avoid th e urgent response and ease the anxiety and depression of the workers before it h appens. |
