| 摘 要： | 通过分析子宫肌瘤所带来的心理伦理问题，提出护理人员应具备的三点伦理道德要求，指出在临床护理中应注意：通过有效的沟通技巧，建立良好的护患关系；具备良好的心理品质，正确评估患者心理状态；以人为本，给予患者人性化及人性化的护理；做好心理护理，建立良好的社会支持系统。

| Abstract: | With well analyzing of the ethical and psychological nursing problems with women who suffer from hysteromyoma,Three ethical strategies are developed: To help establish credible relationship between nurses and women who suffer from hysteromyoma by effective communication;To assess the psychological condition of patients with hysteromyoma;To give nursing personalityfor patients with hysteromyoma;To set up social support system. |
