中医院校医学免疫学课堂教学的思考与实践

医学免疫学是中医院校一门重要的医学基础课，但其内容抽象，不易为学生掌握。在课时压缩的情况下，如何利用有限时间让学生乐于学习并学有所成，是授课老师课堂教学一项艰巨而又重要的使命。作者结合自身教学经验和授课感悟，从提前教学准备、勾勒课程轮廓、把握讲授深浅和基础联系临床等方面交流了一些体会和思考，旨在调动学生积极性，提高教学质量。

Thinking and practice of medical immunology in class teaching of university of Chinese medicine

Medical immunology is an elementary course in university of Chinese medicine,which is too abstract to master. In the case of decreasing courses,how to use limited time to make sure that the students can learning efficiently and happily is a tough and important mission for lecturers. The author shares several thoughts and feelings by combining his teaching experience and inspiration from the aspects of teaching preparation,course outline,instruction control and basic to clinic transition,in order to mobilize the students′ enthusiasm and improve the teaching quality finally.
