归肾丸对卵巢早衰小鼠细胞免疫的影响

目的:探讨归肾丸对卵巢早衰小鼠(POF)细胞免疫的影响。方法:以小鼠透明带3 为抗原,皮下多点注射免疫BALB/ c 雄性小鼠,建立卵巢早衰模型。60 只BALB/ c 小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、泼尼松组、归肾丸高、中、低剂量组。连续给药28 d 后,测定各组小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数、卵巢指数、T 淋巴细胞增殖能力、T 细胞亚群、NK 细胞、血清中IFN-γ和IL-2 的含量。结果:归肾丸可显著提高小鼠的脾脏指数,增强T 细胞的增殖能力,显著增加CD3+ T、CD4+ T、CD4+ T/CD8+ T 比值、NK 细胞百分比及IFN-γ、IL-2 的含量(P<0.05),显著降低CD8+ T 细胞百分比(P<0。05)。结论:归肾丸能够调节机体细胞免疫作用,提高卵巢早衰小鼠的免疫功能。

Effect of Guishen Pills on cellular immunity in premature ovarian failure mice

Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of Guishen Pills on cellular immunity of mice with premature ovarian Failure.Methods:BALB/ c female mice models of POF were established by multiple sites subcutaneous injection of zona pellucida 3 of mice.Sixty BALB/ c mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Prednisone group,high,medium and low dosage groups of Guishen Pills.The mice were treated for sequential 28 days.The spleen index,thymus index,ovary index,the proliferation of T lymphocyte,T lymphocyte subgroup,NK cells and content of IFN-γ,IL-2 of serum were determined.Results:Guishen Pills can significantly increase the spleen index,proliferation ability of T cells,percentage of CD3+ T,CD4+ T,CD4+ T/ CD8+ T,NK cells and the content of IFN-γand IL-2(P<0.05),significantly decrease percentage of CD8+ T cells.Conclusion:It is indicated that Guishen Pills can regulated body cellular immunity,improve the function of premature ovarian failure mice
