摘    要:目的:探究BCG 免疫对2 型糖尿病小鼠血糖和免疫应答的影响。方法:BCG 经尾静脉注射小鼠,高糖高脂饮食联合小剂量多次腹腔注射链尿佐菌素建立2 型糖尿病模型。检测小鼠体重、空腹血糖和葡萄糖耐量试验血糖水平,测定小鼠细胞免疫应答水平。结果:BCG 免疫下调2 型糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖和糖负荷后的血糖水平;BCG 免疫促进Th1 型细胞反应,显著抑制2 型糖尿病小鼠Th2 型细胞因子的释放。结论:BCG 免疫可能通过抑制2 型糖尿病小鼠炎症因子的释放下调其血糖水平,有助于延缓糖尿病的发展进程。

Effects of BCG immunization on blood glucose and immune response in type 2 diabetic mice
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of BCG immunization on blood glucose and immune response in type 2 diabetic mice.Methods: Mice were infected intravenously by tail-vein with M.bovis BCG.A model of type 2 diabetes mellitus was established by high glucose,high-fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin according to the published papers.The body weight,fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance test of mice were detected.And the cellular immune response of mice was measured.Results: BCG immunization down-regulated fasting blood glucose and postload glucose;BCG immunization increased Th1 cytokines secretion,and inhibited the release of Th2 cytokines significantly in type 2 diabetic mice.Conclusion: BCG immunization may reduce blood glucose level by inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors in type 2 diabetic mice,which may be used to delay the development of diabetes.
