浅谈本科生医学免疫学概论教学的几点体会

医学免疫学是医学院校的一门重要的主干课程,概论是一门课的开端,也是一门课的缩影。医学免疫学概论涵盖的内容丰富广泛,而课时往往安排有限,如何才能讲好概论呢? 根据笔者自身教学体会,本文从概论内容取舍,通过启发、学科交叉、比喻法、结合多媒体等方式采用多样化综合教学手段,培养学生的辩证思维,旨在激发学生学习热情和强烈求知欲望,让学生更快更好掌握免疫学理论知识的基本框架,为下一步深入学习免疫学各章节建立良好的开端和打下牢固的基础。

Experience of undergraduate Teaching for Introduction of medical immunology

Medical immunology is an important course in medical university.The introduction is not only the beginning but also the epitome of the course.The content of the introduction is rich,but the schedule is limited.How to make a good introduction?According to the author’s teaching experience,pay attention to the acceptance or rejection of the teaching content,Application of com-prehensive teaching methods such as elicitation,analogies,interdisciplinary and multimedia means.cultivate students’dialectical mode of thinking,stimulate students’enthusiasm and strong desire for knowledge.In this way,the students can master the basic frame of immunology theory faster and better.And it will set up a good beginning and lay a solid foundation for the next step.
