摘    要:目的:通过测量矫治前后牙槽骨的高度,比较其变化,探讨成人牙周病患者正畸治疗的特点,为成人牙周病的正畸临床提供一定参考。方法:选择成人牙周病患者12例,均拔除4个第一前磨牙,矫治前后拍摄全颌曲面断层片。分别测量上下颌中切牙至第一磨牙远中各个牙槽骨的高度。采用SPSS13.0统计软件对矫治前后各牙间牙槽骨高度进行配对t检验。结果:除上下前牙间牙槽骨高度增高之外,矫治后较矫治前各牙间牙槽骨的高度均有降低,但均无统计学差异。结论:成人牙周病患者在矫治中定期做牙周检查及牙周治疗,严格控制菌斑。同时严格进行口腔卫生宣教和指导,在统一正确的刷牙方法下进行矫治。正畸矫治中遵循细丝轻力的原则,使有垂直骨吸收的牙槽骨高度有所恢复,达到较为满意的疗效。矫治采用TOMY0.018固定矫正器,应用直丝弓矫治技术遵循细丝轻力的原则,在同一正畸医师指导下操作完成。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the changes of alveolar height before and after treatment in adult periodontal patients following first premolar extractions,and to provide the clinic reference for treating adult periodontal patients.Methods:12adult periodontal patients were selected.Every patient took panoramic radiograph before and after orthodontic treatment,and the changes of alveolar height were evaluated.Data were analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results:The alveolar height of anterior teeth increased,and the alveolar height of posterior teeth decreased after treatment,but they didn't show significantly difference before and after treatment.Conclusion:Adult periodontal patients for orthodontic treatment should improve oral hygiene and be checked and treated on time.Light force should be applied to reduce alveolar absorption,and the vertical bone absorption can be increased.
