血液透析动静脉内瘘血管的保护性护理

目的：总结A—V内瘘血管的保护性护理措施。方法：对812例A—V内瘘血管进行术前、术后、保护性穿刺技术等护理。结果：812例以内瘘为血管通路者，瘘管最长使用寿命为9年以上，仅3例因长时间低血压、血粘度高等原因导致功能丧失而改做腹透和重建血管。结论：通过采用A—V内瘘保护性护理技术维护了内瘘功能和延长了内瘘使用寿命。

Protective Nursing of Internal Arteriovenous Fistula Vascular in Hemodialysis
