特布他林、布地奈德、氨溴索联合雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床观察

目的探讨特布他林、布地奈德、氨溴索联合雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果。方法毛细支气管炎患儿204例，随机分为治疗组104例和对照组100例。对照组采用常规治疗和对症支持治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用特布他林、布地奈德、氨溴索联合雾化吸入，并对2组患儿症状体征变化进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率86．5％明显高于对照组64．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；喘憋消失、气促缓解、哮鸣音消失、湿啰音消失及平均住院天数治疗组明显比对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论特布他林、布地奈德、氨溴索联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎能增强疗效、缓解症状、缩短病程、提高治愈率，值得临床推广。

The clinical study of treated bronchiolitis by terbutaline,budesonide and ambroxol combined inhalation in pediatric

Objective To explored the effect of children with bronehiolitis teated by terbutaline, budesonide and ambroxol combined inhalation. Methods Seeted 204 eases of bronchiolitis,were randomly divided into treatment group104 eases and control group 100 cases. The control group with conventional treatment and symptomatic supportive care, the treatment group on the basis of control group was added terbutaline, budesonide and ambroxol combined inhalation, and assessed the changes of symptoms and signs in children. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.5%, higher than 64. 0% in control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;Asthmatic disappeared, shortness of breath miti- gation,wheezing disappeared,wet rales disappeared and the average days of hospitalization in treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Treated bronchiolitis by terbutaline,budesonide and ambroxol combined inhalation can enhance the efficacy,relieve symptoms,shorten the course of the disease and improve the cure rate, worthy to be popularized.
