早期炎性肠梗阻术后97例诊治分析

目的研究术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊断以及治疗措施。方法回颐性分析我院收治的97例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的病例资料。结果85例患者经非手术治愈，平均治愈时间9．8d。12例中转手术治疗后治愈，其中8例非手术治疗时出现绞窄性肠梗阻而中转手术，4例非手术治疗40d无效而中转手术。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻应仍以非手术治疗为主。小剂量低分子肝素、胃肠外营养及生长抑素的联合应用具有较佳的疗效。

Diagnosis and treatment of the early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction:97 cases reprot

Objective To study the experiences on diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction. Methods 97 cases clinical datas of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results 85 cases were cured by routine Non-surgical method, and average period of treatment was 9.8 days. 12 cases were cured by transferring to operation. Of them,8 cases transferred to operation because of happening strangulated intestinal obstruction during the period of Non-surgical treatment,and 4 cases becaused that they didnt recover after 40 days expectant treatment. Conclusion The early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction should be used with Non-surgical treatment. It has significant effects that small dosage of low molecular weight heparin, parenteral nutritional support and somatostatin therapy were eombinationed.
