昆明地区医院感染监测现状及持续改进

目的真实了解及掌握昆明地区医院感染监测现状及存在问题，为进一步制定医院感染监控措施及持续改进提供依据。方法对昆明地区2007年医院感染回顾性监测资料进行分析，组织开展2008年昆明地区医院感染流行病学现状调查并与同期感染率进行比较，对调查现况进行分析，提出改进建议。结果2007年昆明地区医院感染回顾性监测显示医院感染发生率为2．02％；2008年8月10日昆明地区医院感染流行病学现状调查显示医院感染现患率为4．23％，同期医院感染率为2．60％，不同医疗机构医院感染现患率明显高于同月医院感染率（P〈0．01）。结论昆明地区回顾性监测医院感染可能存在漏报问题，不能真实反映各级医院感染状况。昆明地区医院感染流行病学现状调查调查较能反映真实现状，定期或不定期的开展地区性或医疗机构内的现患率可替代回顾性调查医院感染率，现患率配合针对重点科室或重点部位的主动监测能提高医院感染监测准确性，提高医院感染监测质量，能有效发挥医院感染监测作用。

The condition of infection surveillance and further improvement in hospital of kunming district

Objective In order to get the information on the surveillance of infection and the problems in the hospital of Kunming,and develop the methods to control infection and make further improvements. Methods The retrospective datas of hospital infection surveillance were analyzed in 2007,conducted epidemiological study on hospital infection and compared with the infection rate of the same period, analyzed the study situation and proposed improvement methods in the retrospective surveillance of hospital infection in kunming in 2007. Results The incidence rate of hospital infection was 2.02%. In 2005 on August 10,the epidemiological study of hospital infection in kunming found the patients＇ rate of hospital infection was 4.23%. In the same period,the hospital infection rate is 2.60%. The different medical institutions of nosocomial infection prevalence was significantly higher than the hospital infection rate in the same month（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The retrospective surveillance on hospital infection in kunming may be omissions problems, and can not reflect the true situation of infection in the hospitals of different level in kunming. The epidemiological study of hospital infection can reflect relatively true situation in kunming,regularly or irregularly infection rate substitute retrospective was studied on regional or medical treatment facilities. Current infection rate combining with active surveillance for focus section and focus location can improve the quality of hospital infection surveillance and play an effective role in infection surveillance.
