地榆升白片预防非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效观察

目的观察地榆升白片预防非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效及不良反应。方法将92例非小细胞肺癌初治患者分为2组，治疗组47例，采用GP方案化疗，联合口服地榆升白片治疗；对照组45例仅采用GP方案化疗，不服用地榆升白片，观察化疗期间2组白细胞的变化、粒细胞集落刺激因子（rhG-CSF）使用量及生活质量评分情况。结果治疗组在化疗过程中有23例（48．9％）白细胞减少，对照组有36例（80．0％）白细胞减少，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论地榆升白片可有效预防非小细胞肺癌化疗所发生的白细胞减少症，且安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of diyushengbai table on prevent leucopenia of NSCLC patients after chemotherapy

Objective To observe the effect and adverse reaction of diyushengbai tablet on prevent leucopenia of NSCLC patients after chemotherapy. Methods 92 patients were randomized into two groups：the treatment group（47 cases） treated with diyushengbai tablet and C.P chemotherapy, the control group （45 cases） treated GP chemotherapy only. During chemotherapy,observed situations of WBC,the volume of rhG-CSF used and score of life-quality in two groups. Results Leucopenia patients in treatment group were slight lower than that in control group123 cases（48.9% ）vs 36 cases（80.0% ） ] , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It proved that diyushengbai tablet cound be effective to prevent leucopenia of NSCLC patients after chemotherapy and safety was good.
