丹红注射液对原发性肾病综合征血液流变学影响的临床研究

目的观察丹红注射液对原发性肾病综合征血液流变学的影响及临床疗效。方法将原发性肾病综合征患者120例随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。治疗组：常规治疗＋丹红注射液静脉滴注。对照组：常规治疗＋复方丹参注射液静脉滴注。2组患者分别于治疗前后行血液流变学、血常规、尿常规、24h尿蛋白定量、肝功能、肾功能及血脂等检查。结果治疗4周后，治疗组除红细胞压积和红细胞聚集指数外，其余7项指标均显著降低（P〈0．01）。对照组除红细胞沉降率和红细胞沉降率方程K值外，其余7项指标治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后治疗组与对照组比较，全血黏度（高、中、低切）、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率、红细胞沉降率方程K值、纤维蛋白原差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。治疗组总有效率85．0％明显高于对照组的66．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论丹红注射液可明显改善原发性。肾病综合征患者的血液高黏及高凝状态，提高原发性肾病综合征的缓解率。

Clinical study of Danhong injection on hemorheology in primary nephrotic syndrome patients

Objective To observe the effect of Danhong injection on hemorheology and therapeutic effect in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods 120 patients of primary nephrotic syndrome were divided into the treatment group （n = 60）and the control group（ n = 60 ）randomly. The treatment group were injected Danhong injection and conventional therapy while the control group were injected salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection and conventional therapy. Before and after of treatment course,hemorrheology, blood routine, urine routine,24 hours urine protein quantity,liver function, renal function and serum lipid were detected in all patients. Results After 4 weeks treatment, seven indexes of the treatment groups degraded markedly beside hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation exponent（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Beside the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K value, other seven indexes of the control group had no-statistics difference before and after treatment（P 〉0.05）. Compared with the control group ＇after treatment, the whole blood viscosity（ high, middle and low cuts） ,plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K value and the fibrin of the treatment group had significant deviation（P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.0%, that higher than 66.7% in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The study shows Danhong injection can obviously improve blood hyperviscous and hypercoagulabale state, which can elevate remission rate of the primary nephrotic syndrome patients.
