阿司匹林对脑梗死患者神经功能康复及缺血性脑卒中再发的影响

目的研究阿司匹林对脑梗死患者神经功能康复的效果，以及对缺血性脑卒中再发率的影响。方法82例脑梗死康复期患者分为试验组和对照组，每组41例。试验组除采用对照组常规治疗外，加用阿司匹林100mg，每天1次，夜间睡前顿服。比较2组治疗前后的神经功能康复效果和脑梗死再发率。结果试验组神经功能康复效果优于对照组，复发率21．95％低于对照组的36．59％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿司匹林用于脑梗死康复期的治疗，可以提高患者神经功能康复效果，并降低缺血性脑卒中的再发率。

The influence of aspirin on stroke rehabilitation and neurological function in patients with ischemic cerebral stroke recurrence

Objective Study of aspirin on patients with cerebral infarction effects of nerve function recovery, as well as ischemie stroke recurrence rate. Methods 82 cases of rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction were divided into test group and control group,41 patients in each group. The test group excepted the control group using conventional treatment, plus aspirin 100mg,once a day,draught before going to bed at night. Compared the neurological function recovery effects and recurrence rate of cerebral infarction of these two groups before and after treatment. Results The nerve function recovery of test group was better than the control group,the recurrence rate was 21.95% ,that lower than 36.59% in control group,the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Aspirin for stroke rehabilitation phase of treatment, can improve functional recovery in patients with neurological effects, and. reduce the recurrence of ischemic stroke rate.
