环磷腺苷葡胺治疗脑梗死疗效观察

目的探讨环磷腺苷葡胺治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将83例确诊为急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组40例。治疗组应用环磷腺苷葡胺120mg加入5％葡萄糖溶液250ml静脉滴注，每天1次，连用20d；对照组用胞磷胆碱0．75mg加入5％葡萄糖溶液250ml静脉滴注，每天1次，连用20d。结果治疗组总有效率93．02％明显高于对照组的70．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论环磷腺苷葡胺治疗脑梗死疗效好、安全，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of cerebral infarction treated by CAMP cyclphosphate

Objective To explore the efficacy of acute cerebral infarction treated by CAMP cyclphosphate. Methods The 83 cases diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group 43 cases and the control group of 40 patients. Treatment group put CAMP cyclphosphate 120rag into 5% glucose solution 250ml,one time a day, used in con- junction 20 days. The control group put citicoline 0.75rag into 5% glucose solution 250ml ,one time a day ,used in conjunction 20 days. Results The treatment group was 93.02% that significantly higher than 70.00% in control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Cerebral infarction is treated by CAMP cyclphosphate have good effect,safety and worthy to be popularized.
