加强药学服务 提高窗口用药依从性

目的探讨医院药学服务的方式，促进合理用药，加强用药依从性。方法结合2005年版《中国药典》、药品说明书及相关医学、药学资料对患者不遵医嘱用药的形式和原因进行分析。结果患者不遵医嘱用药的形式中过早停止服药占31．19％；患者感觉好转自行停药占48．01％。针对引起用药不依从的原因，提出改善用药依从性的建议。结论药师积极开展药学服务，提高用药依从性，为患者合理用药和治疗起到积极作用。

Strengthen pharmacy services and enhance compliance of medication window

Objective To explore hospital pharmaceutical service mode, promote clinical rational drug use, strengthen drug compliance. Methods To analyze medication noncompliance froms and the reasons of patients, with 2005 edition of 《China pharmacopoeia》, drugs manual and related medical, pharmaceutical material. Results Patient non-prescribed medication form in premature cessation of medication accounted for 31.19% ;feeling better and discontinued medication patients accounted for 48.01%. To medication for non-compliance reasons, improved the advice of the drug compliance. Conclusion Pharmacists actively develop pharmaceutical care, improve medication compliance for rational drug use and treatment of patients play an active role.
