两型肝片吸虫PGM同工酶等电点聚焦电泳比较研究

摘    要:本文首次以等电点聚焦电泳对两型肝片吸虫磷酸葡萄糖变位酶(PGM)同工酶进行比较研究。结果显示,两型肝片吸虫呈现明显不同的特征性酶谱,提示两型肝片吸虫已发生一定程度的遗传分化。此外,实验结果证实PGM同工酶谱对两型肝片吸虫具鉴定价值。

Abstract:The study was carried out on PGM isoenzyme of diploid and triploid type of Fasciola hepatica by iscelectric focusing. The results showed that the two types of Fasciola hepatica resolved type-specific band-pattern of PGM isoenzyme which could be used in identification of these two types. This suggested that genetic differentiation had occured in two types of Fasciola hepatica.
