| 摘 要： | 目的了解乌鲁木齐市医疗机构胃镜消毒现状,研究影响胃镜消毒效果的因素,确定其关键控制环节。方法通过现场查看和采样检测方法,对23所不同级别医院胃镜消毒效果及其影响因素进行了调查和分析。结果 Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响胃镜消毒效果的主要因素是消毒剂浓度和胃镜每天使用次数。结论在胃镜消毒管理中应加强对消毒剂浓度和胃镜每天使用次数这两个关键控制环节的管理。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the present status of disinfection to gastroscope in hospital of Urumqi,to find the influence factors and to find the critical point of disinfection control.Methods Fields investigation and surveillance were used to analysis the disinfection effect of gastroscope and the inflence factors in 23 different hospitals.Results By the Logistic regression,the influence factors of disinfection effect to gastroscope are the disinfectant concentration and the times of gastroscope used per day.Conclusions It should be strengthen the management on the disinfectant concentration and the times of gastroscope used per day. |
