| 摘 要： | 基于近年上海废弃食用油脂回收加工情况，对废油脂产生量进行估算。建立了废油脂产生量与营业额之间的关系．并结合居民用于餐饮的消费性支出（TCER）等参数预测废油脂产生量和未来变化趋势。结果表明：2005年，上海废油脂产生量约1．63万t；2010年，废油脂产生量将达1．95万t。废油脂产生量呈增长趋势，但趋势渐趋缓和。

| Abstract: | Based on waste edible oil recycle treatment status recent years in Shanghai,waste edible oil output was estimated.The relationship between the production of waste oil and the turnover of the restaurant was set up,combining with the total consume expense in restaurant (TCER) of people and other parameters,the variation tendency of the future waste oil output in Shanghai was predicted.The result shows:the output of waste oil is about 1.63 million tones in 2005;and the output of waste oil is about 1.95 million tones in 2010.The increasing velocity of waste oil becomes slow gradually. |
