鼠血细胞直方图分析

目的：探讨Wister大白鼠和BABL／c小白鼠血细胞正常参考数值。方法：应用全自动血细胞分析仪对性成熟Wister大白鼠和BABL／c小白鼠随机抽样进行血细胞参数和直方图分析。结果：Wister大白鼠和BABL／c小白鼠血细胞分布宽度(RDW)正常参考值分别为13.5％～27.2％、12.6％～20.4％，雌雄鼠之间无明显差异(P＞0.05)；中间细胞(MID)正常参考值分别为9.7％～20.3％、6.8％～27.0％，雌性鼠高于雄性鼠，雌雄之间有显著性差异(P＜0.01)；BABL／c小白鼠淋巴细胞(LYM)高于Wister大白鼠。结论：Wister大白鼠和BABL／c小白鼠血细胞直方图参数可为动物学实验、教学及科研提供参考数据。，Objective :To determine the regular parameters of blood cells in Wister whiterat and BABL/c white mouse. Methods: After randomly taking samples of sexually maturedWister white rats and BABI/c white mice, We detected their parameters and analysed their his-tograms by using full-automatic blood cell analyzer. Results: The regular parameters for bloodcell distribution width (RDW)were respectively 13.5％～27.2％ and 12.6％～20.4％,and there was no significant difference between the male and female(P＞0.05) while those forMID were respectively 9.7％～20.3％ and 6.8％～27.0％ ,and the females＇was signifi-cantly higher than the males＇ (P＜0.01). The LYM of BABL/c white rat was higher than thatof Wister mouse. Conclusion :The parameters in the test can provide us with reliable referencedata for zoologic teaching, experiment and scientific research.
