复方甘草酸苷治疗抗结核药致肝损害20例的疗效观察

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷治疗抗结核药物性肝损害的效果。方法:40例抗结核药物性肝损害患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组使用维生素C、肝泰乐、肌苷等护肝药物进行常规基础治疗,治疗组在此基础用药上加用复方甘草酸苷60mg溶于5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,qd,均连续治疗4周,观察并比较两组临床症状、肝功能生化指标等的变化及药物不良反应。结果:两组治疗后ALT、AST、TBIL较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降更明显,与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);治疗组症状、体征改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷治疗抗结核药物性肝损害有明显效果。

Effects of compound glycyrrhizin on liver injury due to antituberculosis drugs:clinical observation of 20 cases

Objective： To explore the effects of compound glycyrrhizin on liver injury due to antitu- berculosis drugs. Methods： Forty cases with liver injury due to antituberculosis drugs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with liver protective drugs such as vitamin C, Gantaile, inosine, etc. While cases in treatment group received intravenous drip of 60 mg compound glycyrrhizin and 5%o glucose solution 205 mL, q. d. , for 4 weeks. Clinical symptoms, biochemical indexes such as liver function, and side effects were observed and compared. Results. Alanine amiotransferase （ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST） and total bilirubin （TBIL） were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment （P both〈0.05）, showing significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Compound glycyrrhizin has remarkable effect on liver injury due to antituberculosis drugs.
