| 摘 要： | 为了适应医学模式的转变,我院从1997年以来开展整体护理工作,对286例急性心肌梗死病人从病人的生理、心理、社会全面评估病人的情况,应用护理程序进行评估、诊断、计划、实施及评价。病人情绪稳定,积极配合治疗,减少了并发症的发生,降低了死亡率。病人出院后能坚持服药,定期复查,降低了复发率。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the changing pattern of medical hospital, Heze City of Shandong Province Hospital carried out since 1997, the overall care of patients with acute myocardial infarction 286 cases from the patient's physical, psychological, social comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition, the application of nursing program assessment,diagnosis,planning, implementation and evaluation. the patient's emotion is stability, and actively cooperate with treatment. The incidence of complications is reducing and mortality is lower.To adhere to medication after discharge, periodic review and reduce the relapse rate. |
