| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效.方法 收集脑出血急性期患者61例,其中对照组27例,采用西医综合治疗;治疗组34例,在西医综合治疗基础上加用凉血通瘀方治疗,于治疗后21 d观察疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率82.4%,对照组的66.7%,2组比较无显著性差异,P>0.05.2组治疗后中风病类诊断评分均显著下降,治疗组优于对照组,P
