| 摘 要： | 结合临床经验论述泄泻辨证论治的体会。认为暑湿泄泻须注意兼夹风寒；湿热泄泻与暑湿泄泻两者不能相提并论，应区别对待；脾胃虚弱泄泻应重视阴虚为患；顽固久泻可从水饮留肠、血瘀肠结论治。

| Abstract: | This article presents the author's clinical experience in t he treatment of diarrhea on syndrome differentiation. Summer-heat diarrhea is o ften with wind and cold; dampness-heat diarrhea is rather different from summer -heat diarrhea, and should be managed in different way. Spleen-stomach deficie ncy diarrhea should focus on yin deficiency treatment, and intractable diarrhea on the treatment of water-fluid and blood-stasis in the intestine. |
