| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨支气管肺泡灌洗对小儿吸入性肺炎的疗效。方法：利用Olympus BF 3C-20纤维支气管镜对5例吸入性肺炎的危和进行支气管肺泡灌洗并观察其疗效。结果：5例中除不同吸入物外，3例见支气管化腔性感染，3例见肺不张；治疗后3例显效，2例有效，总有效率100％；术中除短暂SaO2下降外未见其他严重不良反应。结论：支气管肺泡灌洗治疗小儿吸入性炎安全有效，可在临床推广，但术中应加强监护。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the Bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) on aspiration pneumonia.Methods:BAL were operate by Olympus BF 3C-20 bronchial fibroscopy in five case with aspiration pneumonia,then observe their curative effect.Results:(1)Excepts different aspiration,bronchial pyogenic infection was found in 3 cases,3 cases have atelectasis;(2)After BAL was performed,3 cases obtained significant effective,2 cases became effective,the over-all efficiency was 100%;(3)Serious adverse effect were not found except transient decend of SaO 2.Conclusions:BAL is the credible and effective method for us to treat aspiration pneumonia in child. |
