| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨多发性硬化及视神经脊髓炎患者外周血CD4 CD25 调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell, Treg)的水平及其临床意义.方法: 采用流式细胞仪检测31例多发性硬化患者(多发性硬化组)、22例视神经脊髓炎患者(视神经脊髓炎组)及36名健康对照人(对照组)外周血中的CD4 CD25 CD127lowTreg,采用Flowjo流式细胞数据分析软件V7.2.4分析CD4 CD25 CD127lowTreg在CD4 T细胞中所占的比例,比较3组的异.结果: 多发性硬化组CD4 CD25 CD127lowTreg占CD4 T细胞的(4.0±1.6)%;视神经脊髓炎组相应为(3.0±0.5)%,对照组相应为(6.5±1.3)%,前2组患者的CD4 CD25 CD127lowTreg占CD4 T细胞的比例均明显低于对照组.结论: 多发性硬化、视神经脊髓炎患者外周血CD4 CD25 Treg水平下降,这可能与该类疾病的发生有关.
