舌鳞癌VEGF-C表达及癌周淋巴管增殖与颈淋巴结转移的关系

[目的]探讨淋巴管增殖和分布、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)表达与舌鳞癌淋巴转移的关系。[方法]采用RT-PCR和免疫组织化学法研究VEGF-C在22例舌鳞癌中的表达、酶组织化学法显示癌周淋巴管并结合图像分析和医学统计学分析。[结果]VEGF-C表达阳性病例的癌周淋巴管各参数高于VEGF-C表达阴性病例(P<0.01);淋巴结转移组VEGF-C阳性率和淋巴管各参数均高于无淋巴结转移组。[结论]VEGF-C表达和癌周淋巴管正相关,对舌鳞癌淋巴结转移有一定影响。

Relationship Among the Expression of VEGF-C, Lymphangiogenesis and Lymphatic Metastasis in Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma

[ Objective ] To study the relationship among the proliferation and distribution of lymphatic vessels, the expression of VEGF-C and the metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. [Methods] The expression of VEGF-C, the proliferation and distribution of peri-tumor lymphatic vessels in 22 cases were studied by RT-PCR, immunochemistry and enzyme -histochemistry. Image and statistic analysis were used to study the relationships between metastasis and expression of VEGF-C. [Results] The parameters of peri-tumor lymphatic vessels in the VEGF-C positive group were higher than that in the negative group (P < 0. 01). In the group of metastasis, the expression of VEGF-C and the density of peri-lymphatic vessels were higher than that in the group of non-metastasis. [Conclusion] The expression of VEGF-C is correlated with the density of peri-tumor lymphatic vessels and metastasis of local lymphatic node.
