超声对肾结石与肾钙乳症的鉴别诊断

目的探讨超声对肾结石和肾钙乳症鉴别诊断价值。方法对临床和病理证实的86例肾结石和24例肾钙乳症的声像图资料进行回顾性分析。结果肾结石表现为肾盂肾盏内强光团或强光点后方伴或不伴声影,大小不等,多发性,常伴有肾盂或肾盏区积水;肾钙乳症表现为肾盏周边或肾实质内强回声,浅面见囊肿声像,强回声为细小光点堆积,后方可出现淡声影或出现振铃样回声,当患者翻动体位时其朝重力方向沉积,一般不伴肾盂肾盏积水。结论超声对肾结石与肾钙乳症的鉴别有十分重要的临床意义。

Differential diagnosis between renal lithiasis and kidney calcium latex using ultrasonography

Objective To explore the value of ultrasonograhy in the differential diagnosis between renal lithiasis and kidney calcium latex.Methods Echogram data of 86 cases with kidney stone and 24 cases with renal milk of calcium already approved clinically or pathologically were analyzed retropectively.Results Kidney stone was showed strong echogenic dots or echogenic area in renal pelvis or renal calyx,and different in size and several spots,and there was shadow in the back or not.Additionally,it mostly accompanied by hydronephrosis in renal pelvis or renal calyx.The echo of renal milk of calcium is weak in the shape of dot,in the side of renal sinus or renal cortex,renal medulla,and it usually occurred alone with small an echo in its superficial.There was weak shadow or comettail sign in the back,it can be found move alone with posture change.It usually occurred without hydronephrosis.Conclusions Ultra-sonography is valuable in differential diagnosis between kidney stone and renal milk of calcium.
