卫生事业管理硕士研究生培养模式的实践与探索

摘    要:围绕卫生事业管理研究生培养模式的改革与创新这一新课题,在中外比较研究、确立研究生培养新理念基础上,总结凝练出卫生事业管理研究生“1232”培养模式。文章从四个方面探索和实践了该模式。一是确立创建学习型组织的教育思想及观念、二是建立团队学习和自我学习二个机制,三是完善三个学习领域的课程体系;四是构建参与式教学和实践型科研二个学习平台。通过导师团队的身教言传,把“群育”机制融入研究生专业品质塑造过程的始终,提高了研究生培养质量。

Abstract:Based on the reform and innovation of health care management of post-graduate training model,which is a new topic in Chinese and foreign comparative study of post-graduate training,this paper deals with the establishment of new concepts on the basis of summing up the mode for health service management graduates,which is named "1234" training mode. This model has been actively practiced and explored from four areas:the first is to establish a learning organization of the educational thinking and concepts. The second is that the team should study the establishment of two and self-learning mechanism. The third is improving three areas of learning curriculum. The fourth is to construct two platforms which are participation in teaching and practical research. Facts speak louder by the team trainers. It has integrated the mechanism of education for all the people into the post-graduate professional-quality molding process,and has always been to improve the quality of postgraduate training.
