| 摘 要： | 本文报道了1986～1991年我省医院的出生缺陷流行病学调查资料。神经管缺陷是最常见和严重的先天性畸形，其发生率为4．94‰。（738／149262），高于全国平均值（2．74‰）。本文讨论了我省神经管缺陷高发的可能病因。

| Abstract: | Objective:TO study the related etiology of the high prevalent rate of neural tube defects andreport the epidemiological data of birth defects at hospitals jilin province from 1986 to 1991. Results:It was found that the neural tube defects were the most severe and most frequent malformationsand its incidence was 4. 94‰,(738/149, 262) which was much higher than the mean incidence ofwhole country (2. 74‰,) in 1986~1987. |
