子宫颈癌术前子宫动脉栓塞化疗23例

目的　探讨子宫颈癌术前行子宫动脉栓塞化疗的方法及疗效。方法　对 2 3例子宫颈癌 (Ⅰb2 期 5例 ,Ⅱa 期 8例 ,Ⅱb 期 10例 )行超选择性子宫动脉栓塞化疗 ,观察其疗效和毒副反应。介人性化疗后 2周行子宫根治术及盆腔淋巴结清扫术。结果　 2 3例患者阴道出血、流液、腰骶部疼痛症状均明显缓解 ,栓塞化疗总有效率达 91.3 % ,手术成功率达 10 0 %。 2 3例各组淋巴结及切缘无癌。结论　子宫颈癌术前超选择性子宫动脉栓塞化疗 ,有助于提高手术切除率 ,减少复发和转移。

Uterine artery chemoembolization before surgery for cervical carcinoma

Objective To study the method and the effect of transcatheter uterine artery chemoembolization before surgical treatment of cervical carcinoma.Methods Twenty-three cases of cervical carcinoma were treated by super-selective uterine artery chemoembolizattion.Five cases were at stage Ⅰ b2 ,8 in stage Ⅱ a,10 in stage Ⅱ b,and the curative effect,toxic and side effects were observed.Radical hysterectomy and 1 ymph adenectomy were performed two weeks after interventional treatment.Results The symptoms of the 23 cases were relieved apparently.The total effective rate was 91.3%.The successful rate of operation was 100%.No cancer ceels were found in the lymph node of each group or in the stump in 23 cases.Conclusion Transcatheter super-selective uterine artery chemoembolizattion before surgery of cervical carcinoma can enhance the section rate and reduce relapse and metastasis.
