| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理查房对肝移植患者护理质量的影响。方法对2006年住院的203例肝移植患者进行多学科护理查房,监测围手术期患者的抢救成功率、基础护理合格率、患者满意度及护理并发症发生率,并与2005年进行比较。结果 2006年肝移植患者围手术期的抢救成功率、基础护理合格率、患者满意度均高于2005年(P<0.05),护理并发症发生率低于2005年(P<0.05)。结论多学科护理查房保障了患者围手术期的医疗护理安全,是提高肝移植患者护理质量的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of multidiscipline nursing ward rounds on the quality of nursing for patients with liver transplantation. Methods Muhidiscipline nursing ward rounds were organized for 203 patients with liver transplantation in year 2006.The success rate of liver transplan- tation,qualified rate of basic nursing,patients' satisfaction and complications in year 2006 were compared with year 2005.Results In year 2006,the suc- cess rate of liver transplantation,qualified rate of basic nursing and patients' satisfaction were higher than that of year 2005 (P<0.05 ) ,and the compli- cations were lower than that of year 2005 (P<0.05).Conclusion The multidiscipline ward nursing rounds can ensure patients' safety during peri -op- erative period,which is proved to be an effective means to improve the success rate of liver transplantation. |
