生长抑素在急性胰腺炎治疗中的临床观察

目的 探讨生长抑素在急性胰腺炎治疗中的作用。方法 将103例急性胰腺炎病人分为A、B两组，其中A组为急性轻型胰腺炎组，B组为急性重症胰腺炎组。在A、B两组内分别设生长抑素组和对照组并对两组之间的胰腺囊肿、胰腺脓肿、胰瘘、肠瘘、腹腔内出血的发病率、死亡率及住院时间进行对比分析。结果 生长抑素治疗组并发症的发生率同对照组比较没有明显改善。在急性重症胰腺炎组中生长抑素组的死亡率同对照组相比有明显降低。结论 生长抑素对于急性胰腺炎特别是急性重症胰腺炎的治疗价值有待进一步深入研究和探讨。

Clinical observation of somtostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

Objective To discuss the effect of somatostatin on treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 103 cases of acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups A and B. The group A (n=56) was AEP and the group B(n=47) was SAP. The two groups were sub-divided into somatostatin treatment group and control group. Contrast analysis was made between two groups on the mortality, death reason, hospital stay, pancreatic cyst, pancreatic abscess, pancreatic fistula, bowel fistula and intraabdominal hemorrhage. Results The complication rate of somatostatin treatment group was not obviously less than that of control group. The mortality of acute pancreatitis was obviously lower in the somatostatin treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusion The treatment value of the somatostatin in acute pancreatitis especially in severe acute pancreatitis needs further studies.
