慢性正乙烷中毒的临床电生理与康复

目的探讨慢性正己烷中毒的临床 ,电生理与预后特点。方法对有确切过量正己烷接触史的 2 6例病例进行临床分析和肌电图检查。结果病程平均 (9.5± 1.3)月。主要表现为肢体感觉异常、无力 ,下肢明显 ,肢端出现不同程度的感觉、运动、自主神经功能障碍。肌电图示神经源性损害 ,趾短伸肌异常率最高 ,正中和腓总神经运动传导速度减慢最常见。绝大多数患者完全康复。结论周围神经病是慢性正己烷中毒的主要临床表现 ,肌电图有重要的辅助诊断价值 ,预后较好。

The clinic characteristics in cases with chronicn-hexane in toxication

objective To explore the clinical characteristics in cases with. chronic n-hexane intoxication. Methods A total of 26 cases who had chronic n-hexane exposure histories was investigated, whose clinical menifestations and electromyogram changes were analyzed. Results The average course of the disease was (9.54-1.3) months. The main manifestations were weakness and abnormal sensation in the limbs, especially in the lower limbs. Hypesthesia or anesthesia, dyskinesia, and autonomic nerve dysfunctions presented in the distal region of the limbs. Electromyogram showed a neuropathic pattern. The electromyographic abnormalities of extensor digitorum brevis were the most common. The motor conduction velocity of median n. and common peroneal n. decreased at higher rates. Most cases recovered. Conclusions Peripheral neuropathy is the main manifestation of chronic n-hexane intoxication. Electromyogram is of great value to the diagnosis. The prognosis is optimize.
