| 摘 要： | 目的:研究三叉耳蕨叶的脂肪酸成分。方法:用索氏提取法提取三叉耳蕨叶的脂肪酸成分,甲酯化处理后,采用气相色谱—质谱联用技术首次对该植物叶中脂肪酸成分进行分析和鉴定。结果:发现该植物叶主要的脂肪酸成分是植醇、α-亚麻酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸、和22,23-二氢-豆甾醇。结论:亚油酸和α-亚麻酸是三叉耳蕨叶中脂肪酸的主要药效成分,具有药用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the fatty acids in Polystichum tripteron.Methods: The fatty acids in leaves of P.tripteron were extracted by soxhlet extraction.The fatty acids were esterified and then analyzed by GC-MS for the first time.Results: The main constitutents of fatty acids in leaves of P.tripteron were phytol,(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid,hexadecanoic acid,9,12-octadecadienoic acid and 22,23-dihydro-stigmasterol.Conclusion: 9,12-octadecadienoic acid and(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid are ... |
