安慰对照针灸方法的可信性测试

目的:寻找理想的安慰对照针灸方法.方法:11位健康志愿者,随机接受6种安慰对照针灸方法(简称安慰针法)及2种标准针法(即常规针法),每次针后,测量针感值(VAS Scale)及做真假针法判断.结果:6种安慰针法与2种标准针法针感比较,差别有统计学意义;而真假针法判别在初次接受针刺者及曾有针灸经历者之间,差异有统计学意义.结论:安慰针法针感(感觉)不同于标准针法,安慰针法可能失败于曾有针灸经历人士.

Detection of reliability of placebo control acupuncture and moxibustion methods

Objective To search for an ideal placebo control acupuncture and moxibustion method. Methods Eleven healthy volunteers randomly received 6 kinds of placebo control acupuncture and moxibustion methods (placebo needling method) and 2 kinds of standard needling methods (routine needling method). After each needling, VAS Scale was measured and the true or false needling methods were adjusted. Results The 6 kinds of placebo needling methods had poorer needling sensation as compared with the 2 routine needling methods with significant differences; and there was a significant difference in the adjustment of the true or false method between the patient who first received acupuncture and the patient who had needled experience. Conclusion Needling sensation of placebo needling method is different to that of the standard needling method, and placebo needling method possibly fails in the patient received acupuncture.
