影响血压控制的医务人员因素

自20世纪80年代以来,人们进行了很多关于血压控制不佳的影响因素的研究,希望进行有目的的干预,提高血压控制率。大多数研究主要是从患者方面找原因或与患者相关的社会因素,直接研究医务人员与血压控制不佳之间联系的文献却少见。通过关键词从中国知网总库平台和PubMed数据库收集近十年相关文献,从医务人员的高血压基本知识特征、医务人员个性特征等方面阐述了与血压控制不佳之间存在的实际联系。本综述提示：医务人员是血压控制不佳的重要影响因素。

The Physician-Related Factors of Poor Blood Pressure Control

People studied many related factors of poor blood pressure control to improve rate of controlled hypertension with objective interventions. Most studies researched were factors related patients, on the contrast, rare studies related physician. We read documents about decade searched from www. cnki. net and www. pubmed, gov through key-words. We set forth the connection between poor blood pressure control and physician especially their personality characteristic and basic knowledge. We try to review that physician is an important factor of poor blood pressure control.
