| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并颈动脉硬化患者血瘀的病理基础,观察葛根素注射液对其血液流变学及细胞黏附分子的影响。方法将80例伴血瘀证的T2DM合并颈动脉硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;两组均行饮食控制和DM常规治疗,治疗组加行葛根素注射液治疗15 d。治疗前后,检测两组血液流变学、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1（sVCAM-1）及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1及hs-CRP均明显下降（P均〈0.01）。结论葛根素能改善T2DM合并颈动脉硬化伴血瘀证患者的血液流变学,调节免疫细胞黏附分子表达,有效地防治或延缓T2DM合并颈动脉硬化的发生、发展。
