| 摘 要： | 目的了解宁波市健康人群中麻疹抗体水平，为制订消除麻疹策略提供科学依据。方法采用微量血球凝集抑制试验对2-4、6-8、13-15和25-39岁4个年龄组健康人群检测麻疹血凝抑制抗体。结果不同年份之间抗体阳性率、抗体保护率及几何平均倒数滴度（GMRT）均存在显著性差异；4个年龄组抗体保护率及几何平均倒数滴度（GMRT）也均存在显著性差异（P〈0．05），但抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论及时掌握人群的免疫水平，进一步提高麻疹疫苗的常规接种率和加强大年龄纽人群麻疹疫情的监测是消除麻疹关键所在。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the measles antibody level in healthy population in Ningbo City. Methods A to-tal of 1 139 serum samples randomly collected from healthy persons consisted of 4 age groups were detected for HI antibody by HI test. Results There were significant differences among protection rate and GMRT in different age groups. Positive rate had significant differences in different years ,but no significant differences in different age groups. Conclusion It is important to understand the immune status in healthy population ,and we must improve vaccination rates and strengthen surveillance of large age groups. |
